I see a lot of people on Tumblr being sad. I see a lot of loneliness and feelings of being alone and empty and it makes my heart hurt. I think everyone needs to remember that there are times in our lives we’re supposed to be with people and times we’re supposed to be alone. In those times of alone, remember that sometimes the most beautiful things ever are alone, that there is a calm to being by yourself and that somewhere, the person that will end that for you is waiting to meet you too. This flower was alone, growing in a pile of garbage, junk, broken wood and rusted metal. Look how proud it still is.
